We are a third-generation family farm in the Ribera Alta, near Valencia: roughly 120 hectares, twenty-four varieties, organic since 1994. The day starts early and follows the season — pruning in winter, thinning in spring, the long citrus and stone-fruit harvests that send our crates north. From the grove crews to the packhouse lines to the export desk, every role here keeps that rhythm going.
Open roles
Permanent and seasonal positions across the groves, the packhouse and the commercial team. Read the role, then tell us why it suits you.
Lead a crew of 10–15 pickers through our autumn and winter citrus harvest. You will set daily picking targets, train seasonal staff on careful handling of clementines and navel oranges, and coordinate crate logistics with the packhouse. Previous orchard supervision and conversational Spanish required.
Work on our grading and packing lines, sorting fruit by size and grade, operating calibration equipment, and preparing orders for retail and export. Attention to detail and reliability matter more than experience — full training provided. Rotating early and late shifts.
Take ownership of crop health across 120 hectares of citrus and stone fruit. Plan irrigation and fertigation schedules, run integrated pest management programmes, and advise grove teams on pruning and soil health. Degree in agronomy or agricultural engineering plus 3+ years in Mediterranean tree-fruit production.
Manage relationships with our buyers across Northern Europe and the UK. You will handle quotes and orders, coordinate cold-chain shipments through the Port of Valencia, and resolve quality or logistics queries. Fluent English and Spanish essential; German or French a plus.
Keep our drip-irrigation network and grove machinery running. Responsibilities include maintaining pumps and filtration systems, monitoring soil-moisture sensors, and carrying out routine pruning and frost-protection work. Hands-on agricultural experience and a valid driving licence required.
Support dispatch from our packhouse to customers across Spain and the EU. You will schedule refrigerated transport, prepare shipping documentation, and monitor temperature compliance from loading to delivery. Strong organisation and comfort with warehouse management software needed.
